My name is Kristen and I am a 24 year old wedding and portrait photographer based out of Billerica, MA. I specialize in weddings, engagements, families, newborns, and portraits. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Fitchburg State University where I majored in Communications Media, concentrated in Photography, and minored in Business Administration.

While growing this business at a rapid pace for the past seven years, I have devoted all of my time and energy into this business and into every client that I have the pleasure of working with to make sure they all leave not only satisfied, but ECSTATIC with their experience with Kristen Laquidara Photography.

I always strive to capture true to color, captivating images while making sure every photo I take feels alive rather than stuck in a moment of time.

Not only will I make sure I am capturing all of your best angles, I will also be your hype girl and your stress-reliever throughout the entire day. I will help carry your train, fix any and all fly away hairs before any photo is taken, and of course, hype you UP!

The Back Story...
Photography has been a passion of mine ever since I was a little girl. After nearly every photo that was taken of me as a kid (and there was a lot because I loved following the camera) I would beg to the person that took it saying "Let me see! Let me see!" Something about photography had always captivated me, and it wasn't until I turned 16 that my dream of becoming a professional photographer became a reality.
At first, photography was just a hobby. I took nature photos outside my house all the time with my fancy iPhone 4 almost everyday until I finally received my first camera for my 16th birthday. It was a Canon T6S and I quickly became OBSESSED with taking photos of my family and friends that I finally created an Instagram to share my work and from that. I started becoming my high school's go-to photographer in such a short period of time. Being trusted with my first paid job at 16 years old for a senior portrait session, I quickly learned that this was never going to just be a hobby for me. I will forever be grateful that I found my passion and began my career at such an early age and I will never stop learning and growing.
Some FUN Facts!
~ I have been a dancer since I was 4 years old! Now, I'm teaching :)
~ I shoot with a Canon R5 and my go to lenses are my 24-70mm, 50mm, 85mm, and my 70-200mm.
~ I am 100% Italian
~ I have a two year old Cavachon (Cavalier/Bichon Mix) named Winnie who I am obsessed with!
~ I am a HUGE family girl
~ My favorite TV show is Friends
~ Chicken Parmesan is my favorite meal of all time
~ I LOVE to travel (especially with my camera)
